Saleh Alobeidli

Saleh has extensive experience in both the government sector and private practice. A UAE national, Saleh is an experienced advocate and litigator, licensed to appear before all UAE federal courts, Dubai and Abu Dhabi Courts and DIFC Court and well versed in all aspects of arbitration, both locally and internationally. He is a well known advocate and arbitrator in football, motor racing and horse racing.

Throughout his professional career, from his time as a legal counsel for the Dubai Land Department, continuing with private practice at Hadef & Partners, Al Tamimi and Company and ultimately now in the firm that bears his name, Saleh has continued to develop his informed and up-to date focus on his chosen specialities.

Identifying that sports law was an emerging area of importance in the rapidly developing regional market, Saleh enhanced his already considerable legal expertise with the studies of international sports law at the ASSER Institute in the Hague as well as a earning a master’s degree in international sports law specialist.

Saleh is an active writer and speaker at various sports law publications and conferences and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the International Association of Sports Law (IASL) and the International Association of Football Lawyers (AIAF).
